In this one session you will learn good running form, how to tackle difficult single track, rocks, roots, mud, big climbs and everyone's favorite steep downhills.

Curriculum • Review of basic running form • Fundamentals of trail running • Drills and exercises • Equipment and fashion • Technique in all-terrain • Special training and conditioning requirements • ABC’s Agility, Balance and Coordination • Core strength and flexibility • Climbing (easy to extreme) • Descents (gradual to drops) • Direction changes • Uneven footing, rocks, roots, mud • Clearing natural Obstacles • Terrain Reading • Disciplines: Trail, cross-country, Mountain, Parkour, Obstacle Racing, Fell, and Adventure Running.

Bring clothing for all weather, food and water, headlight running shoes (with a good tread) and a smile.
